Employee of the Quarter Recognition Program
We do not often enough recognize good work of our colleagues, associates, friends and loved ones. The best time to show our appreciation is NOW! With this in mind, CCB takes pleasure in announcing the launch of its Employee of the Quarter’ Recognition Program.
The purpose of this initiative is to recognize CCB employees who have made significant contributions to the bank and its subsidiary and to the wider community through excellence in service delivery.
An opportunity is therefore extended to all stakeholders to submit nominations using the attached form to let us know which employee(s) you would like to recognize and applaud; whether it be for exemplary service in daily performance or willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
Employee of the Quarter nominees should exhibit behaviors of a model employee and citizen including positive conduct, professional attitude, respectful of institutional policies and local regulations, helpful to co-workers, and demonstrating good customer service and people skills. Nominations will be adjudicated at the end of April, July, October and January.
Guidelines and nomination forms are available at the Main Branch, 1 St Mary’s Street, The Valley, at West Side Branch in Lower South Hill, at the local supermarkets and the General Post Office. Nominations must be in writing and may be submitted electronically via web form to (service@ccb.ai) or paper-based.
